Training

My first contact with sweets and pastries was at the hands of my mother, with whom I received my first training making wonderful lemon yogurt cakes and my great beloved apple pie.

To this I added 2 of my great childhood hobbies: modeling with play dough, with which I could spend hours modeling animals, people, flowers, etc, and drawing and oil paintings.

So, I took my knowledge of pastry, added handicrafts, out of which came, what I consider my profession today: being a creative confectioner and cake designer.

I have taken traditional recipes, and thanks to the training I received, I have adapted them to our workplace, so that you can enjoy current techniques of cake decoration with the flavours that we remember as children.
